Backfilling Across Multiple Year Levels

Go into one of your pinned groups and click view reports Select Achievement Report

Select view progress

Click the year level you would like to backfill from - this will backfill that year level and everything back from it. Click the learning log (see blue circle in screenshot) and select backfill.

Pinning other teachers

To pin other teachers, click on where it says ‘Look up teachers’ on the right hand side.

Type in the name of the teacher whose calendar you would like to pin to your dashboard. Then click the search icon.

Click on the name of teacher that you would like to pin to your dashboard, and click ‘Pin’. This teacher will be added to your dashboard.

|| **Please note: **There is the functionality to group teachers into a single pin, e.g. Yr5 teachers. For this option, please contact your school’s SchoolTalk Lead.

Creating and pinning groups

To pin an existing group to your dashboard, click ‘Look up learners’. Type in the name of the existing group, and click search. Click on the group you would like, then press ‘Pin’.

To create a new group, click ‘Look up learners’. At the top, click across to the ‘Create new group’ option. Add a tag to ensure easy searching (useful for if another teacher searches for this group).
