How to Use the Backfill Button - T7.2-4

Backfilling Across Multiple Year Levels

Go into one of your pinned groups and click view reports

Select Achievement Report

Select view progress

Click the year level you would like to backfill from - this will backfill that year level and everything back from it.

Click the learning log (see blue circle in screenshot) and select backfill.

Backfilling Across Curriculum Areas

Go into one of your pinned groups and click view reports

Select Achievement Report

Select the curriculum area you would like to backfill within

From a Curriculum Level

Select view progress

You can then backfill from a curriculum level (see blue circle) - This example is reading

For a Specific Progression

Select the progression area you wish to backfill from, e.g. Reading strategies ‘Questioning and Evaluating’

From a Progression

You can then select the specific progression you would like to backfill from, e.g. ‘Questioning and Evaluating’ Level blue

SchoolTalk will notify you of the specific progressions it will backfill and the levels.
